You will operate like a startup founder, responsible for defining, developing & executing product portfolio & go-to-market strategies for a customer segment. This position reports to company CMO

Individual contribution

  • You will lead a self-contained team aligned to a customer segment.
  • You will take to market & manage a portfolio of products that serve the needs of your customer segment.
  • You will own the P&L for your segment.
  • You will develop comprehensive go-to-market plan(s) for your segment to achieve business goals (AUM, Customer #, market share, Retention, Referrals & Existing customer AUM growth)
  • Own and track key performance indicators that relate to product success, operational efficiency & profitability.
  • Develop deep understanding of your customer segment - their needs, concerns, buying behaviours (Using research, focus group & regular conversations)
  • Identify distribution channels that best fit the buying preference for your segment
  • Identify and leverage the strengths of the company to deliver value to your customer segment
  • Identify and develop partnerships and alliances relevant to your customer segment.
  • Track competition & various product/solution offerings for your customer segment with the intent to benchmark & evolve our offerings

Stakeholder management

  • Build a collaborative playbook between Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing & Brand to drive business outcome.
  • Manage & direct stakeholders across the company with a project plan

The ideal candidate will have

  1. Experience, skills and attributes
    1. 8 - 10 yrs of experience in business roles with minimum 2 years of P&L ownership
    2. GTM execution experience
    3. Very strong written and verbal communication skills
    4. Demonstrated initiative taking capability

  2. Academic qualifications
    1. BE/ Btech + MBA
    2. Fields of study: Marketing / Operations
  3. Technology & Tools
    1. Good understanding of digital channels, marketing & analytical tools
