Creative Lead

Bangalore Full-time

We’re looking for someone to help us put some fun into mutual funds. However, given that mutual funds are subject to marketing risk, we also expect her/him to be mature about the tone and language, and to read the offer communication carefully before we invest money or time on it. As one of the key custodians of the Scripbox brand, she/he will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading an internal team of designers and copy-writers who will meet the brand’s communication needs.

Individual contribution 60%

  • Define and own the creative development cycle

  • Lead the ideation process for the team

  • Ensure that the brief and the ideation process translates into execution excellence in copy and design across formats

  • Be the single point of contact for all deliverables from the creative team

  • Ensure that all output is on-brand, consistent, of high quality, and delivered according to agreed upon timelines


Program Manager 30%

  • Work with the brand management and performance marketing teams to understand priorities

  • Convert this understanding into project priorities and creative deliverables for the team

  • Work with the brand team to develop the language (visual and tone) of the brand


People Manager 10%

  • Manpower planning, work planning, and mentorship of the creative team


The ideal candidate will have

  1. Experience, Skills and Attributes

    1. Creative professional with 8-10 years of experience on client/agency side

    2. Proven awesomeness in idea generation

    3. Extremely adept at copywriting

    4. Experienced in managing copy and design teams and the creative development process

    5. Worked on consumer brands with strong digital narratives

    6. Ability to work with cross functional teams

  2. Academic qualifications

    1. Graduate/ post graduate

    2. Fields of study: Mass Communication
